Running For Health

Did you know that 30 minutes of running 5 times a week can make you live 5 years longer? I’ve read that in a medical magazine a couple of years ago. Since them, I developed this healthy habit: each morning, I put on my New Balance Trainers cushioned shoes and I go in the nearby park for a 15 minutes run.

OK, I may not be able to run for half an hour, but I’m doing the best I can. I want to stay fit and to live a healthier life. I heard this helps when you are old and sports become almost forbidden, except chess, of course, which can be played at any age. Even senile people can play chess. They can even claim they play it better when wearing sports shoes. That’s life, you know?
