There may be plenty of body fat burning methods that have worked for others in the past. However, that does not mean that they will always be perfect for you, as well. Even if these body fat burning techniques are proven to work, you will have trouble getting results if you hate your workouts or can?t stick to your diet.
That is why you must tailor your program for your own needs. Substitute foods in your diet that provide roughly the same nutrition level for the ones you do not like. You can also adjust the type of cardio work you do; if you hate running, swim laps or use the elliptical machine.
